Bloomin' addictive iPhone game

If you think you're quite good around the garden then wait until you've played Green Fingers on your iPhone. The game features a kind of 'extreme gardening' that will have you rooted to your phone for hours.

The object of Green Fingers is to grow as many flowers as you can. In order to do this, you need to fill the pots with earth, sun, water and bees that drop from the sky. Pots need to by swapped around to ensure that the right 'ingredient' is going into the right pot by matching the symbols. To swap a pot you just tap the one you want to move then tap where you want it to go.

Green Fingers starts off at a very gentle pace and this, combined with the blissfully relaxing music, lures you into a false sense of security. It doesn't take long before the pace speeds up and the various objects start dropping at dizzying speeds.

You rack up points in Green Fingers based on the number of flowers you grow and you can accrue combos and bonus points for fast filling of your pots. There are five levels to get past in this Lite version and you'll find yourself gripped as you try to beat them all and get as high up the scores table as you can.

It gets a bit repetitive after a while, but Green Fingers is a good bit of harmless fun for a wet weekend.
